At MERV, each piece is created with intention, care, and precision. Our garments are not mass-produced — they are crafted to be worn with meaning.

Because of the nature of our designs and to protect the integrity of every piece, we do not offer refunds.

Exchanges Only

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

● Exchange requests must be made within 24 hoursof receiving your order.

● The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition.

● All original packaging and tags must remain intact.

● Items that show any signs of wear, scent, makeup, perfume, or damage will not be accepted.

Once the piece passes quality inspection, you may exchange it for another available design or receive store credit.

Important Notes

● Exchanges are subject to availability.

● Shipping fees are non-refundable and are covered by the client.

● Sale items and custom pieces are final and not eligible for exchange.

We maintain this policy to ensure fairness and to preserve the quality and exclusivity of every MERV piece.
